Restorative & Nidra Healing Session

Restorative and Yoga Nidra are two styles of Yoga that combined together can improve your overall well being.

In this workshop you will have the possibility to discover what real rest is. Karin and Marta will guide you through a deep nourishing journey, after the workshop you will feel fully rested and recharged!

What to expect?

  • The practice will begin with a short meditation, followed by a nourishing series of very gentle, calming restorative poses.
  • The second part you will be guided into the magic experience of yoga nidra.
  • To support the entire relaxing process aromatherapy will be part of the experience as well! 
  • We will close the experience with a sharing circle and a big cup of Organic Tea! 

Who is the workshop for?

This workshop is for anyone – regardless of yoga experience.

There is very little physical movement, all you need is comfy and warm clothes!

Restorative yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice, where our goal is to get into a state of full rest and nourishment.

Nidra yoga

Nidra is a guided meditation practice and it is known as a yogic sleep. Do you need a nap? Nidra is even more effective than conventional sleep and it may be the key to feeling well-rested.

It is one of the deepest relaxation states and its benefits are stress reduction, improved memory, self-esteem and confidence, better sleep,  and better awareness.
