Madeleine is a life coach and yoga teacher from Sweden, who started her yoga practice in her late teens. While living in NYC for a few years she deepend her practice and found inspiration from different teachers and lineages of yoga. Yoga has since become one of her most powerful tools for healing and empowerment, and her aim as a teacher is to create a space for her students to explore, connect and find peace within themselves. In her Vinyasa classes you can expect energizing and explorative sequences, hands-on adjustments, breathwork and moments of meditation — always followed by a generous Savasana to fully integrate the practice.
