This is Lena, a German & Pilates enthusiast. Whilst traveling overseas she fell for the sport and is passionate about the combination of mindful movements with that little extra challenge to trigger underlying muscles & patterns. For the past  years she has shared her practice online & offline in and around the Netherlands, most recently in Rotterdam. Now re-located in Amsterdam, she is excited to connect with likeminded souls at Bluebirds.
